The Company sold all of its shares in PT Muliakeramik Indahraya to PT Eka Gunatama Mandiri, an affiliated company, for Rp 425 billion. This corporate action was undertaken to support the Company’s plan to improve and increase its financial position as a public listed company.

Undertaking furnace rebuild for glass blocks for 2 months. Post completion, installed capacity remained at 45,500 tons per annum.

The Company refinanced part of its loans in the United States dollar to rupiah to reduce exposure from foreign exchange fluctuations against Rupiah.

Completed rebuilding one of float glass’s three furnaces. Total installed capacity remained at 595,000 tons per annum.

Undertaking furnace rebuild for one glass containers plant for 2 months. Post completion, installed capacity remained at 140,000 tons per annum.

In August 2011, PT Muliaglass and PT Muliakeramik Indahraya refinanced parts of its restructured loans.

In December 2010, the Company fully restructured PT Muliaglass and PT Muliakeramik Indahraya’s loans with all creditors.

One of three float glass’s furnaces completed rebuild and started operation in the 2nd quarter of the year.

Installed capacity of ceramic tiles reached 65 million square meters per annum.

Creditors of PT Muliaglass declared the Company in default in October 2003.

PT Muliaglass and its creditors entered into a debt restructuring discussion in October 2002.

PT Muliakeramik Indahraya faced difficulties in meeting its financial obligations on the back of weak rupiah against the United States dollar. The Company and its creditors entered a debt restructuring discussion in October 2001.

Installed capacity of glass blocks reached 45,500 tons per annum, after we added 30 tons per day to the facility.

The Company completed its debt restructuring process on December 21, 2000, with all debts became long-term debts, maturing on 31 October 2007.

Installed capacity of ceramic tiles has further expanded to 52.5 million square meters per annum, positioning PT Muliakeramik Indahraya as the largest ceramic tiles producer in Asia.

Impacted by the global economic crisis, the Company initiated a debt restructuring process with its creditors in July 1998.

Commencement of the third float glass line with an annual production capacity of 210,000 tons, resulting in a combined float glass’s installed capacity of 595,000 tons per annum, positioning PT Muliaglass as the largest float glass producer in Indonesia.

Commencement of the third furnace of glass containers division with an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons. This latest furnace is dedicated to produce glass blocks. Two other furnaces are dedicated to produce glass containers with an installed annual capacity of 140,000 tons.

Completed safety glass plant with an annual capacity of 120,000 car sets.

Was awarded with the Presidential Award for Zero Accident in February 1997 for a record of 12 million man-hours free of accidents.

Commencement of the second float glass line with annual production capacity of 210,000 tons.

Over the last 4 years, installed capacity of ceramic tiles has increased from 8 million to 42 million square meters in 1996.

Commencement of the second furnace of glass containers and glass blocks with an annual production capacity of 77,000 tons.

Listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange on January 17, 1994 and Surabaya Stock Exchange on February 23, 1994.

Completion of the first float glass line with annual production capacity of 175,000 tons.
